I was going to mention Caballero! You'll be able to clean it in no time.

Down toward my end of Dirt Mulholland (we'rei in Woodland Hills), you will find this little snippet of single track that runs down to Serrania Park. My 12-yr-old son and I do a loop from our house that includes it as often as we can (usually after I get off work).



It's not very long at all, and nothing like Caballero in terms of difficulty or steepness. You should give it a go. The turn off of Dirt Mulholland onto the ST is only a short ride down from the Santa Maria gates (shown on the pic in yellow, and the gates are yellow, too), so you could defnitely ride over from Reseda (and then ride Wells back to Tarzana possibly...). There's a few small bumps you may need to walk over (at first) as you ride down the track, but other than that it is totally ridable and fun.
