No classifieds just yet, so I hope no one minds a shameless plug.

Winter is the slowest time of the year for me. If you are not in a rush, willing to wait 2-3 days, just say youre from STR and I'll give you the house discount on all services.

Tune ups, wheel true, builds, frame swaps, suspension/seat post rebuild, bearing service, replacement, crash damage, vintage restoration.... name it!

This is my Yelp page. http://www.yelp.com/biz/west-la-bicycle-venice-3

I'm still pretty much a hidden gem in the area, I don't like to be too busy, but love working on bikes, turn around bikes fast and provide artisan level bike work.

    Hit me up!

Checked out your Yelp page, it seems fishy. All 5-star reviews, did you buy those reviews?

    /Just kidding

Can you service KS seatposts that sag a little bit?

I have serviced a few of the earlier models, which one do you have? Let me know and I'll pm you after looking it up for parts and specs.

I was complaining of a harsh feeling fork and had reduced the air pressure to compensate. Bing recommended a lowers service for my Xfusion Vengeance HLR. After opening it up he determined a damper service was in order. Long story short Bing got my fork feeling better than it ever has. It has the least amount of stiction to date and now I'm stoked about riding again! Bing's attention to detail is refreshing and I do not hesitate to recommend him or to service my bike, especially my suspension. Thanks Bing.

I'm between jobs. Fixing bikes full time for the meantime. I just learned to rebuild Vengeance HLRs :)

Im equipped to do most anything save for nitrogen charges. Suspension, hydraulics, bearings, wheels, crash damage. Some of the more exotic things I've done:

    1) Rebuild blown Mission Control and Motion Control dampers
    2) Clean out melted MCUs off vintage forks
    3) Replace broken shaft on rebound assembly off a Vivid air
    4) Fast bleed a Reverb seat post.
    5) Tune forks for lighter riders

    Hit me up!
