    I am going to eat like crap like I always do. Some crap food for lunch maybe a Cup o Noodle and a Monster for breakfast. No change in diet or bike and hope for the best

    same here... I dont think it's smart to alter your eating habits for a race (especially since this isn't even a marathon race). I'm just gonna eat my normal meal. Maybe pour some monster into my drink mix but that's it.

    Woke up this morning to pack the bikes up for today's race and what do you know... a flat rear tires... #-o

    Going to have to drop by the lbs after work to pick up some spares... definitely gotta go stan's tubeless soon...

    I'll be riding single speed.. the fork on my geared bike is having issues.. Hope there are not too many high speed flat sections.. LOL.. But it's all good.. My only expectation is that I have a good time.

    I'm bummed. I signed up for both races but I won't be able to race tonight's. Still not 100% after that my stupid SIDEWALK OTB wreck on my 'Cross bike 2 weeks ago. #-o I better play it safe. I hope everyone has a fun and safe race out there tonight. I'll see you guys at the September race. :wave:
