Jenson has always been amazing to me and Luke. Feel lucky to have such a great place so close to me. All their people at the Corona shop have been helpful and knowledgable. And, what is kind of important to me, I never feel like I'm being talked down to.

I ordered something on the site once and I thought it maybe took a little too long to get to Corona for me to come pick it up, considering it was coming from the Ontario warehouse to the shop. I wasn't really in a hurry for the item though. But, like I said, for an in stock item, it was kind of silly my order took a week to go a 20 min freeway drive :)

Yeah but not everything they ship comes from Ontario, some comes from the "MN Warehouse". I have had that happen where it shows in stock call 2 days later about will call and say it coming from out MN Warehouse (AKA QBP)

I received it on Saturday September 19. Assembled the same day. Pics were taken right after it was assembled. Ridden it in driveway. No crashes, no racing, bike hasn't seen dirt.

Called Jenson on Saturday, they told me to call back Monday.

Called Monday, I was told they need to figure out what to do. Will call me back

Since I did not hear back from them, called them Tuesday, told me we're not doing a darn thing till you send in the fork. I say what, I thought you guys were looking into this. I guess not...

Called them again to ask if I could send them pics so they can at least see what I am talking about as it may take some time for me to send the fork back. They say no way, send the fork back as we will not do a darn thing about it unless you send it in. I just wanted them to have a look so I post on STR to get some feedback on the pics since Jenson doesn't want to see it anyway.

I do too for mtb stuff but they really don't carry BMX.

What about finding an intense BMX dealer locally and seeing if they can help you out?

In the end you might want to just suck it up and buy an S&M fork and consider it an upgrade ;)

Yeah, I should have bought it at Bike Alley. However, I don't want Bike Alley to take care of this as that won't be fair. It's Jenson's responsibility.

I don't want to upgrade this thing as it will cost me more than just buying a complete high end BMX.

I've ordered stuff online from Jenson, then had it not fit etc. I called the store, not online and had them aquire alternative sizes. Then I drove in, tried on the replacements and made an exchange. It was pretty painless, but I did ask nicely. Actually, I've done this multiple times, once for some expensive wheels and a second for shorts and a helmet.

This is the very reason I buy from Jenson.

Nitrox, sorry for the difficult time you're having. Have you tried to have it escalated? It really sounds stupid to have you ship it in when you can just walk it in.

I live in Corona and purchase from Jenson, web and in store. They've helped me out with my do-it-yourself repairs also. I prefer to deal with some of the employees over others.

I bought my Steamroller from the Corona store. Hung out with the guys while they put it together in the shop. They swapped out the stock tires and put on Gatorskins for no charge.

Also, buying over the phone from the Ontario store, I've had them go online and price match components without me even asking. Nothing but good experiences with Jenson so far.
