how to manage visitor msgs on profile page?

    I wanted to clean up some old messages on the visitor tab of my user profile page but the Delete function just deletes the message text and leaves "this message deleted by FFW" in its place. Is there any way to actually remove the message entry altogether?

    You should be able to go back to your profile page and click on edit:

    That will open this window. Click on "Delete Options", then select "Physically Remove Message" and it should work. If you don't have that option, let me know and I can do it for ya.

    oops spoke too soon - I don't have the "edit" option on that page. is that something you can grant me? if not, if you would, I guess go ahead and clear them all. Thanks again Gene!

    I can't. I guess it's something only Mods have. I'll go ahead and clear those deleted messages. Did you want ALL of them deleted or just the ones that says "this message deleted by FFW"?
