Position Summary
A medical device manufacturing company is searching for an inside sales representative to manage new and existing customers. The successful candidate will be a quick learner, skilled in Microsoft Office applications, comfortable on the phone and posses strong writing skills. The ability to work quickly and efficiently is a must.

The position will integrate, facilitate, coordinate, and manage all activities related to quote and sales order entry, customer follow up, processing change notices, working on project launch meetings and various other day to day tasks.

Expectations
Quote Entry-30%
Take data from outside sales as well as directly from customers to enter into our erp system
Review cad drawings for relevant data to note to planning/estimating
Explain implications of changes to project scope and/or objectives to the project team
Work with outside sales and project managers with various change notices, launch meeting tasks, etc.
Review detailed project requirements
Work with vendors/purchasing to manage material requirements
Determine accurate labor requirements
Review production schedules
Review shop drawings for conformance with project requirements and best practices for fabrication
Review and coordinate inspection requirements
Coordinate production of shop drawings / submittals / approvals
Collaborate with Management and the workforce to establish specific project parameters

Order Entry-30%
Process purchase orders to convert to a sales order. Ensure integrity of data
Conduct contract review
Prepare / review change orders
Prepare / review delivery requirements
Evaluate all key project deliverables, as well as final product to ensure traceability of requirements, high quality and client acceptance

Project Communication-20%
If needed, create customized reporting for the Client or Team
Answer customer / sales questions during project
Identify Process and Productivity Improvement opportunities
When appropriate, work directly with clients, or in concert with Account Management and/or team leads, to secure sign off on deliverables or documentation

Internal Project Reporting-20%
Acquire updates for customers as to order status
Close out projects and assist with conducting Post Project Analysis
Maintain historical data for use on future reference
Prepare and present Project Plan and status updates to Management

Qualification Requirements
Education and Experience
Bachelors or technical degree preferred in related field
Experience with engineering/fabrication/machining projects is a plus
Experience estimating machined and fabricated projects a plus
Ability to interpret engineering drawings and shop drawings is a plus
Knowledge of plastic and metal fabrication techniques; milling, turning, swiss machining, welding, plating, etc.

Job OverviewWe are seeking a high caliber, experienced Senior Regulatory Affairs Specialist to support product development. Specifically, this SR RA Specialist will provide US and OUS regulatory strategies, support project teams in conducting risk analysis and developing test plan, review and provide feedback for engineering bench and pre-clinical protocols and reports, review and approve feasibility and evaluation design control review phases, independently prepare and submit regulatory submissions to government health authorities, interacting and responding to reviewer's questions and support project teams for product launches.

•Prepare 510(k) regulatory applications and 510(k) letters to file to secure/maintain marketing approvals

•Prepare appropriate documentation for renewing CE mark certification
•Prepare appropriate documentation for annual renewals submitted to Health Canada
•Prepare Technical Files for product s with self certified CE Marks
•Update Technical Files on annual basis
•Review device labeling and advertising materials for compliance with FDA submissions and applicable regulations
•Core member on development teams, providing RA guidance, and project regulatory assessments

•Communicate and coordinate regulatory activities with other departments

Required Qualifications
•BA or BS in a technical discipline with at least four years technical experience
•Three to five years regulatory experience

•Experience with EU and Canadian medical device regulations and submissions
•Motivating leadership and partnership skills
