    I lost control after crossing over a rut on the "coyote descend" last weekend. This is the second crash in the seven years I've been riding here.

    Tore my knee open and received 10 stitches. I've been bed ridden since.

    Thanks.

    Just had the stitches removed yesterday but the laceration is still healing. I should be able to walk tomorrow or at least stand on both feet!

    Heal quickly! BTW, keep a close eye for signs of infection--red streaks, swelling, heat. Get back in immediately! I know, I once received 3 antibiotic IVs plus orals due to it.
