I was putting my bike in my trunk today and had the front wheel off and the bike resting on the bars and seat post on the ground. I then remembered to check the air in the fork, 2005 Fox Float RL 130. I added maybe 5 lbs of air but when I removed the pump from the air valve there was a blueish liquid, about the size of my thumb nail, that was in the end of my pump. Is this from having the fork upside down (this is the first time that I put air in it while it's upside down) while adding air, or an indication of a more serious problem within my fork?

Also, about a month ago the fork had oil and seals replaced, but I have not seen any leaking or fluid like this until today. The shop used Enduro seals if that matters.

It's probably just due to you having the fork upside down. During the rebuild process, some Fox Fluid (bluish oil) is used on the air side to help the seals do their job. It's generally about 5cc worth.

If a lot or too much came out, you can always just remove the valve core and drop in a little bit more. Or take off that top cap completely and put some more in that way. Let out air pressure first in either case :)

That's perfectly normal the air chamber should have that blue "fox fluid" in it and if the bike was upside down naturally it will flow to the top. If anything you should worry if it is completely dry.
