    Tops Burgers: 1792 E Walnut St, Pasadena, CA 91107

    A tad expensive IMO (that burger was like $8 after their "$1.50 ATM surcharge"), but a good place to stop after a big ride.

    I drive 1200 miles (Yellowstone) to see a bear [which we didn't]..and you guys see one (more) here in SoCal..that's my luck..

    I know that face!

    Is that just pixelation from being enlarged (or taken with a low-res camera), or is it some intentional after-effect? Sorta looks like it's not plain old pixelation.

    Sorry about the crappy image quality. Its a mix of being blown up, iPhone camera and editing. The bear was in the shade so i couldnt get a properly exposed photo of it.

    Not nearly often enough - I love it there. I'm pretty familiar with the Lower Merrill-Mt. Lowe-Middle Merrill-Sunset-El Prieto route, as I've done it with my crew numerous times. Other routes out there I haven't done except Chantry-Zion a couple times.
