2012 STR Weight Loss Challenge...

Well my surgery is done...gallbladder removed and sitting with my weight at +3 lbs from the WLC 2012. Sure wished the Dr. could have taken a few extra fat cells when they were in there but I guess you can't ask for to much. LOL Have to wait another 3 more weeks before back on the bike so it looks like walking is my best option. I may be out of shape for the 2013 WLC & hope to start it off where I left off. That's the plan...Really hope to continue this adventure and get down to that 200 zone or maybe hit the 190's. Now that would be great! :>
