    I'm not even trying to lose weight and i have dropped from 165 down to 150 in the past 6 weeks. I think thats more my newborn's doing than my 1 ride a week. lol. Keep it up everyone.

    Weight Loss Challenge (Final Week Schedule)

    1. Post this week's weight (Saturday 9am - Monday 9pm)
    2. Weekly weigh-in results (for June 28th) will be posted on Tuesday

    3. Final weigh-in is THURSDAY EVENING (June 30th)...
    Participants will be allowed to post their final weight anytime from Tuesday (9am) - Midnight Thursday evening.

    *Reason for the three hour extension: Don't want to punish those who plan on attending Thursday Night rides (Aliso, Fully etc.)

    4. The 2011 Weight Loss Champion will be crowned on Tuesday, July 5th! :wave:

    ------------------------------------------------------

    *If you fail to post your weight on (Tuesday or Thursday), your final weight will be your last inputted weight (hope that makes sense)! 8-[

    *Prizes: Just "because" you are out of the Top 10, don't think it means you aren't eligible to win a prize. (that's all I'm gonna say)

    *If you haven't inputted your weekly weight in "weeks"....
    (from 4/26/11: "-Participants that fail to consistently input data, will have their names removed from the competition")

    I'm down for some late riding!
    I Started this week at Hollinshead for Lunch, so it's not the best start. No more beer and a healthy dose of jogging/riding until thurs. I'm hoping to knock off the pound I picked-up last week and maybe a couple more.

    I took a 40 mile ride today it was 90 hot outside I was able to dehidrate 8lbs.I think on thursday ill ride 60 miles and then weigh myself i should be able to cut 10lbs or so for a good final weigh in.Hopefully i can finish in the top half of the group.Good luck everybody.
