Looking forward to this June's race. the course is going to be awesome,
and competitors are coming from all over
to make this a great national event
Welcome to the "12 & 6 Hours Of Temecula"
Southern California's premier endurance mountain biking race series.
This is a three race (team and solo) relay race series. Each of the 3 races are
scored and awarded as an individual 12 & 6 hour race. Awards will be presented at
the end of each race. For the overall series standings the total laps and time
will be used to determine the 2014 California State Endurance Champions!

The long standing SoCal Endurance series is a grass roots event with an old
school racing feel. The focus for our events is to give racers an awesome
    experience!
After all its about riding bikes and having fun!!!!!!!!!!!

I've missed the last few events and keep telling myself I'll catch the next one. Might have to just spontaneously and sign up. The 12-hour solo is somewhat crazy, especially if you work a grave shift the day before the race. Not that I've even done that before and will not do again. Do a lap, sleep for half an hour in the truck, slog through another lap, sleep another hour and start pounding calories...

In my experience the 12 hour is brutal but easier than the 6 hour. I just sit in the saddle and cruise for as long as I can go before throwing up! The courses are super fun though so it makes it all worth it. Plus my buddy's wife is usually there blasting the tunes and making the party!

    RP Racing!!

I may try a new fueling program adding a IPA on the last few laps.

The Sierra Nevada Pale Ale pre race training method seemed to work for Sea Otter. Why not?
