    Okay so here's the breakdown of user tiers from the earlier thread.

    Bronze Tier [​IMG]
    how: 6 months seniority and 100 posts
    perks: 5 free classified ads, 500 private message inbox

    Silver Tier [​IMG]
    how: 1 year seniority and 200 posts
    perks: 10 free classified ads, 1000 private message inbox, can send PM to 10 people at once

    Gold Tier [​IMG]
    how: 1.5 years seniority and 300 posts
    perks: 15 free classified ads, 1500 private message inbox, can send PM to 15 people at once

    Special Tier: Old School [​IMG]
    how: 3 years seniority and 500 posts OR previous doo-hickey owners
    perks: 20 free classified ads, 2000 private message inbox, can send PM to 20 people at once, and access to a new private Old School forum 8)


    As you can see the post requirements are pretty easy to achieve within the times allotted. Hopefully that discourages post whoring. I wanted to use the thanks system for this but couldn't because of technical reasons.

    Again . . . thank you for everyone who had ever paid for a doohickey. Much appreciated :beer:

    It seems it is a little buggy because I have all four doo-hickey's and I have only been here for 2 years (not that I mind the old school one :p).

    I think it would be cool to maybe add "x" amount of thanks for the higher ones (I was thinking gold and above) as it would discourage people from "post whoring."
