Drake - I have no record of any phone messages at my business, on my cell phone or anywhere else. Send my DT Swiss fork back. The address is on the box and I also just sent you an email with it as well (I never had your email address until you posted it just now). I am a business owner as well. I suppose that's why I didnt' post a complaint until so much time went by - I gave you plenty of time to rectify and continued to call you and leave messages at 619-760-6261. I always left a message with my phone number and never received a call back.

    Send the fork back!

Okay, so I've waited yet ANOTHER two weeks and Drake still has not returned my fork or contacted me at all - so here we go again. I called and emailed you Drake immediately after my last post - SILENCE! So what was all that BS in your teary-eyed post above about trying to right your mistakes and actually CARING about your business. Drake, all you have to do to make me stop posting here is to make this right and send my fork back.

So how long do I have to wait this time Drake? Are you taunting me to drive to pick it up? Do I deserve that as paying customer (let's not forget that I paid for my re-build initially). Is your time SO much more valuable than mine? Does it take THAT much effort to put my fork in the F-ing mail???

    SEND THE FORK BACK DRAKE!

Sack Up, Man Up, grow a pair, HTFU! Quit whining about someone not taking care of business and just take care of business yourself. . . if your vag will let you.

Okay, to wrap up this thread I want to let all you "big talk behind a typewriter" guys that Drake sent my fork back. Exactly 6 months and two days after I sent it to him. So I won't post anything about him anymore, but my original posting is still true and I stand by it. Caveat Emptor! Look it up in the dictionary Albacore, you might learn something - IF you can read all by yourself!

I can talk big behind my typewriter because if anyone wants to rise up I can always knock them out with it. Once I find a Latin dictionary I will be sure to look up caveat emptor. Now, please excuse me, I am hooked on phonics and am jonesing for a reading lesson. This reading by yourself stuff is hard but I am getting the hang of it. If you decide to post any more please use small words so I can read it with ease.

Ok guys, keep the little bickering with each other to yourself or take it to PMs. Also, all reference to

A testimonial for my recent service at ISOTuned

Had a 2010 rp23 boost totally cavitated/screwed up. I read the complaints about ISO, a bunch of it came from 09 when he was doing it out of his garage it seemed. I called Drake myself and had a couple conversations with the guy. I asked if I could schedule a time to go by there and hang while he rebuilt my shock. I didn't want to wait for days to get riding. We found a day and time that worked and so I drove down to Temecula from Cerritos (Early July, 2012). Done in 2.5 hours, shock totally revamped with better parts and customized to my Covert, my weight and riding style. Also got more ultra-suspension-nerd info and tips than I know what to do with from Drake. Now my Propedal is more firm than stock settings, as I love climbing, and my Open position is more plush to get the most out the Covert's 150mm of travel. The damping now is the most responsive to tuning that I've ever experienced in my 20 yrs on MTBs. This guy scored 5 stars with me. His passion for the springy stuff goes into your rebuilds. Worth the drive to Temecula for this level of technical expertise.

@ Drake, your reply is B.S. I never had the stanchions replaced. WTF are you talking about? I paid you the extra $200 because you said with the revalving and the added bottom out resistance it wouldnt blow again.

I was stoked when I rode it around on your shop but the dampner broke again within the next 2 weeks.
Unless you made an error when writing things up, YOU ARE A COMPLETE LIAR. I never had the stanchions replaced.

Just for the record, and your experience may vary, Drake repaired and tuned my fox 40, and had it back to me within 24 hours of dropping it off in amazing shape before a race. Just sayin

+1 on Garage Works. Steve has rebuilt my 2009 Fox 40, my 2011 Fox 36 Superbling, my 2009 DHX Air and my buddy's 2010 Fox 40. Although I cannot claim that I suddenly was amazed by the drastic increase in performance, I can attest that the work was done quickly, accurately and on time - in fact, often early - a week or less. Communication was excellent. Always got my old parts back. The forks/shock rebuilds were solid. They all worked better and lasted longer than the factory settings. All at a great price and here in Irvine. Unfortunately, i believe he is moving to northern San Diego County.
