We park on Rampart, just south of Orangewood. There is an entrance to the riverbed on Rampart.

    BOOO!!!!

broke a spoke 4 miles in... so Zack and I went to the bar.

DUDE. 2 spokes in 600 miles. These wheels were brand new.....

Pretty frustrated. I didnt even stand up and hammer. JRA and PING

    '09 Shi(t)mano 105 wheels.

I asked when i bought the ride if these would handle my beastly torque and my clydesdale stature....

Next time you all go, if you want to park in front of my house your more than welcome. Its safer than parking off Rampart. Im off of Main and Palm. Its just south of Orangewood and just North of Chapman. If im home, just bring some beer and I will fire up the BBQ

hey next time we do this ride lets start out with about a 5 mile GROUP WARM UP period/zone. I dint understand why we always get out of the gates hammering because most of us blow up by the time we hit PCH anyways.

you broke your wheel from getting on the bike. have you thought about trading it in for a slightly higher spoke count wheel. also is it the same spoke? you could relace the wheel making sure not to over tighten the spokes as well.

i had the same wheels on my Allez, they SUCK. they went untrue several times before i bought new wheels. im also noticing more than normal creaking from my 105 components. im thinking Sram Force group FTW.
