Photo taken last year, this is my 7yr old Golden Retriever on Mt. Baldy. He's been my great San Gabe hiking companion for many years. More than humanly possible, this dog reminds me that pure love actually exists.
Maisey, the maltipoo is my girl's dog. Noisy as all hell, but she's a lovable little thing. My pup Tiki is a dalmatian/Am. Bulldog - she's a rescue I adopted from the Humane Society about 1 1/2 years ago. She's my alarm clock since she wakes me up every morning by poking me in the arm with her nose and grunting until I get up and take her for a walk.
Your dog has "frisky" written all over his (her?) face! Am I mistaken, or is that an Italian Greyhound?
This is my buddy Dicky! A 15 month Siberian Husky w/ piercing blue eyes. Some "Adam Henry" tied him to a tree in front of mother in law's house and walked away. Lucky for us because I think he's rather COOL! Oh yeah, my wifes pretty COOL too.:bang:
Buddy the Golden and ??? Got him from rescue 5 years ago and he's been a part of the family ever since.
Not to be Johnny Raincloud, as these great posts have cheered me up quite a bit. Out of town so no photos to share, but had to put down my black lab "Ranger" last week. Real downer, as he'd been part of our family for 15 years. He was almost 17 and hips, legs not holding him up well. Sad day in our household, and my wife is still not doing well and it's been a week.... Jeff
Arf! Gretta... The prettiest dog in the pretty dog business. And Gretta's frenemy... The Evil Dr. Nemo! Arf!
What a handsome pup! The youthful exuberance of a GSP puppy is second to none. Here's Tinker, my 6y/o shorthair. Being chased by Zeke the Ridgeback in the hills above Apple Valley.
I love golden retrievers, theyre great dogs, but their Ears let out a Gross Odor! it smells like they always have an ear infections! (well a majority of goldens)
I have never encountered such a thing with a golden. How bizarre. Now you want gross-- a dog that is having problems with its anal glands. That's just a wretched odor.
