    That was only for a little bit, before a few people decided I was going too slow, and decided to start hammering it out.

    My bike weighs in at 22.5lbs in CX form - 21.5lbs in road form.

    Damn 17 is light!

    OMG! Just picked up the bike from Neil and IT IS SICK! WOW my jaw dropped. Everything matched down to the tires!

    Sorry guys, no picture yet....need to go home and shoot some serious bike porn!

    15% grade,47x16 gearing, just over 1.5 mile's long...it was pure pain:bang:
    I think the top speed back down to the bottom was over 52 mph, frickin killer!!

    I've got some light SS wheels in the build plan right now, wait and see:-k:bang:

    Personally the Merlin frame in the shop has had my eye since it came in. :beer:

    I shaved one spot on my leg and it was pretty weird, don't know if I'm ready to be a roadie yet. :lol:

    Ok here comes the bike porn!

    My American beauty dressed up in sexy Italian out fit with French rubbers....:-k

    Took here around the block....3-4 miles with some hills....WOW she is soooo solid and tight! Standing up and climb is actually kinda fun and hit one down hill with speed approaching 50mph...kept up with cars! Super stable at high speed and the brakes stops! And she is one smooooooth operator.

    Time to plan some road ride! If only I can some how get rid of cars.......couple came kinda close to day.:-k

    holy hell that is one sexy beast...we're like almost twins yours is ebony and mine the ivory version...well almost yours is more bling :) congrats man.

    I love those LOOK Keo pedals makes such a difference pedaling on road shoes vs mtb shoes

    BTw, are those Look Keo peddles? Check your serial # I think there's a recall on these.

    HA! that will set me back another 200? no thanks....stainless steel is ok with me. The bank is empty, piggy is shattered and wife isn't too happy. So.....where do you get that stuff again?:lol:

    Hey Foo I only rode like 3 or 4 miles today and the combo of Keo pedals and road shoe is amazing....very very solid.

    When is next STR road ride?
