That's definitely a frame-worthy shot Steph. Can't wait to see more!! I'm living vicariously through you this week!!
I think final sweep is around 7:30, and so if you're up there for several days, there's no reason to be at the lift the first thing in the morning. Even though one may be in the spirit of "you can never get too much of Whistler" it takes it's toll on your body.
We had a glorious day today...weather in the mid-70s (though it was a bit crowded on the lifts as today is a holiday...BC Day). Today I faced a lot of my personal demons...pretty much any ladder drop or drop made of wood freaks me out, as those that know me will attest to. Drops off of rocks are fine and I can hit them pretty well. Today I conquered my fears and went off a bunch of smaller ladders. Me, ladder drop practice Me, wall ride, intersection of Bear Cub and Blue Velvet...it was so fun, I did it twice Rider unknown, Original Sin
^^This place just lends itself to sweet photos I've got more but it'll have to wait until the full RR
Really cool that your so serious about riding, keep it up those shots are sweet! I can't wait to go to whistler one day!
Steph, the photos alone are great. Can't wait to read the RR, I am so jealous I'm just experiencing Whistler through your photos.
Steph & Dan, I am so jealous, now I know what it's like to be on the other end reading about it while our friends are having fun up there. Are you guys staying for Crankworx? Love the photos, keep em coming and of course, I can't wait for the RR.
I've been checking your blog hoping for an update on the trip, now I know this is where the action is. Great photos so far!!
