Default Marin B17 build

Pretty much changed everything from the stock bike.

The build.

Marin B17 frame
Fox Float 120 RL
DT Swiss EX1750 wheels Maxxis Minion 2.35
Shimano Hone Crankset
Sram PG990 Cassette
Sram X0 rear der(X0 Der. eventually)
Shimano LX front der(until XT)
XTR Chain
Sram X9 shifters
Avid Juicy Ultimate brakes
Answer Pro Taper bars
Specialized stem
ODI Rogue grips with red lockons
Thomson Elite seatpost 30.9 x410 layback
WTB Pure V saddle
Time Pedals
E13 bashguard







Rode it today for the first time since replacing the fork and it rides really well. Total weight is 27.5 lbs.

Not light, but that's a pretty stiff and burly hardtail.

I grabbed them off the shelf at work.

ODI makes the lock jaws for their lock on grips in blue.



They also now make a bar end in blue.

yeah i know, i saw a bunch more of their stuff at the path's sale when they were there. Unfortunately they dont have any of that smaller stuff on their website yet :/

That is a cool blue on those grips, I have them on my Superlight. Very cool.

90mm 10* rise.
