Default new wheelset

I finally got a new pair of wheels to replace the one ruined in mammoth (too long ago for some of you to remember) and I went to install them today, but they didn't come with the little metal ring and tube to seal the bearing and put on my fork. Is this something I am supposed to supply and can be picked up at a lbs, or should it have come with the wheelset?

20mm if you need pics I'll get them up later today.

It's basically two aluminum tubes about an inch long that go on both sides of the wheel and keep it from slipping and sliding around. They are both held by a ring that either snaps or slides into place. The ring also makes it so you can't see the bearings.
I have some from the previous wheelset, but they are too small (the rings atleast).

edit: it is a bombshell hub

if the wheel set is new from a store or the like, it should come with everything.

Sounds like you're talking about the 20mm adapters that get fitted onto both sides of the hub. Those should have come with the wheelset.

Alright sorry for the questions guys I went and looked in the box filled with 200 pieces of newspaper and found the adapter things ziptied together. Good thing I didn't throw the box away like I was asked, but the shipper shoulda just zip tied the rings to a spoke, especially considering the box was open on both ends (looks like the tape ripped) and newspaper was falling out.

Nam, I got some bombshell fatboys/fatdaddies
