Default 6 Point done

Some know, some don't, but I was bitten by a bug about (aboot, for Bret) a month ago. I saw a great deal on a Giant Reign over at wheelworld and got to investigating. Then, thephat posts up that they are clearing out their 6points over at the path. So, of course I had to pick one up. Anyway, here she is.

before (Tani sold me the stock cranks too):

After:

Picked up the wheels from the path as well, DT's laced to Hope Pro2's. Got the fork over at wheelworld, and most other stuff I happened to have.

All in all I'm pretty pleased with how it came out. I had a chance to test the ride out over at Oaks.

Very nice Patrick! I got a chance to pedal a 6Point around once. Very impressive that DW-Link. Took it to the Oaks... where are the photos?

thanks guys. It was just rob (tunerob) and I over at Oaks, no camera. Besides, I crashed going off the drop, how lame, I know. The descent down chutes was bitchin' though. Much more plush than the motolite, and it can only get better once I get it dialed in more. I couldn't tell if it climbed as well as the motolite though. the 3 b's were in great condition, better than myself as it turned out.

George, still running crank bros on it, don't worry. I won't get to ride it again for an entire week. Wedding to go to this weekend.

Oh, I picked it up at the path for $899.

Nice bike Patrick, it's beautiful. I'd love to hear a comparison between the Motolite and 6Point some time. I know they're 2 totally different bikes, but it's always fun. Maybe a build quality comparison between Titus and IH? Congrats and I'm sure Mr. IH will chime in here and welcome you to the IH clan.

Thanks guys. Craig, I haven't gotten it on a scale, but I estimate around 34lbs. Not too bad. The brakes are Avid Juicy 7's. I have a 8" up front and 6" in the back. The 6" is just not cutting it. I guess I should wait until they break in, but I'm already thinking of putting a 7" on there. Maybe even the 8" I have.

Hey Patrick, did you sell the motolite? Sorry, if you already mentioned that somewhere.
