How to Disassemble XTR Bottom Bracket

I have an M960 XTR Hollowtech bottom bracket. I am familiar with how to remove and re-install the BB but....On the bearings it says "Do Not Disassemble."

I have heard (can't remember who told me) that you can somehow take them apart and re-grease them so they last longer (especially if you ride in creeks alot like I do).

Any one know how to do this?

It is really easy and I have done it on my XT's (the same I think)

I do not know what it is with Asian made bearings they never put enough grease in them!

Do a search on MTBR and there is a great thread (I will try and find it)
