drop the crowns down a bit, they should have a minimum level of where they can still be 8" of travel with the head tube lower. just by a few mm tho

Sounds like you're pretty much screwed in terms of adjusting the fork any further, but you might be able to make some small gains with a headset swap. If you're running a 1.5 headtube, you could run E13 zerostack reducers combined with a zerostack headset. It's not much, but it might help.

Thanks for that info, I may try it. I think I am comfortable with the current hight and that head set might give me just enough room. I'll get a pic and post it tomorrow.

i dont know much about that fork vince, but maybe reducing the ammount of preload will drop it down a bit.. why do you want to drop it?

I want to lower the head tube, which will speed up the steering by decreasing the head tube angle. But I still want to keep the 203 mi of travel. I actually have a headset that will work. My bike is at the shop getting the work done. I'll let you know how it turns out.
