I'd let some other sucker test these babies out.
The El Caminos blow! Check out what the haters on MTBR have to say about them! The 9's are just solid no frills brakes. I up graded to Mags with 7" rotors & I still prefer my nines . If I was going to drop my wad on brakes they'd have Hope writern on the side![]()

I got a set of codes for 360 from one of my lbs. I've seen them alittle less on ebay. I'm buying a set of formula k24's for my 5 spot, I've only heard good things about them, and they're pretty cheap ( 150 ea. ). Formula designed the juicy 7's for avid. The k24's are better.

ended up riding out with no rear brake and man it sucks. of course with my luck it become fully functional again AFTER i was done with the ride and sitting at a stoplight ![]() bflo, i would wait it out for at least a year before buying a new brake product, especially from hayes. i've had no probs at all with my 07 juicy 7's but with my luck i'm sure after today it will be nothin but problems.

Don't get suckered into a first year brake from Hayes. Do the right thing and go with something proven. Other than the one set of ECs I've been using the Mags on several bikes exclusively...until now: I installed the Juicy 7s on the M3. So far, I have mixed feelings about them, so I'll need to give them time to see.
