I have a new 07 PIKE for my 5Spot. I can never seem to get the Maxle fully tight. It has a little knock when going over small bumps. After my ride at South Mountain
I tried to take off the front tire to put the bike in my car but the maxle kept spinning. Any tips!!

You do know that you need to loosen/tighten the nut on the opposite end of the maxle from the lever when putting the wheel on/off correct? That nut is what "preloads" the Maxle lever so it gets the proper tension when closing the lever. Sounds like you weren't doing that and perhaps the threads in the fork and/or maxle got messed up now.
