LIVE IT! RIDE IT! LOVE IT

Greetings All,
Wanted to get a trainer, and need a recommendation.... I ride Road 700c and 29er SS, have 26" bikes too... Does it matter, what bike you use to warm up on? (just to either warmup or stay loose, in a 24 situation) Is there specifics for MTB or Roadies? Any can recommend a favorite? |

Hey Steven,
Fluid trainer if you can, it gives the best "feel". As far as something to warm up on, if you have a spare to leave in the trainer perfect. The last thing you want to do at 3am is hook up, warm up and then unhook and get to the exchange tent I leave a road bike in the trainer with the same pedals I have on my race rig, then its easy on and easy off. I saw your post on granny gear, wish I had known you were looking for a team, I've got a squad ready to roll....there are some socal endurance races coming up this summer......perhaps a duo?
