Default Something wrong with my rear tire

I can't seem to get my rear tire to turn freely. Here's a picture, does anybody have any ideas on what to do?

Lick the pole next to the bike and your wheel will unstick...

you have 4 solutions,
1. Run your car into the pole and knock it down
2. Buy a new bike
3. Involves a gallon of gasoline, a book of matches marshmellows and a stick
4. Unlock the damn thing

I think there's a tool from Park that you can get that will scrape the ice off the tire and help it move a little more freely. Also, some salt might help. Spread it around the bike tires.

In the future, you might want to consider a pair of the new heated rims by Shimano. They've got little thermal strips running the circumference of the tire to keep it from freezing like this. Only $1500 a pair!

Okay, I'm going to buy the Park tool for 895.68 and then I'll buy the heated Shitmano rims for 1500 and that should fix the problem. Thanks guys.

You got it, dude. Glad to help! That's what's so great about this sport. You can always throw more money down the drain on stuff you never knew you needed before.

For sure. When I got into MTB'ing, I told my wife that after I bought the bike and the gear that it would be free aside from routine maintenance. After all, aside from an Adventure Pass, you don't have to pay a fee to ride, right? Right?

She likes to bring this up everytime I hand her a handful of receipts from all the bike stuff I bought. She asks me, "how many more bikes/jerseys/socks/bike gadgets/upgrades do you need?"

I always reply, "just one more."

Thumbs up

WOW PacMan, that sounds exactly like my story.Every time I tell my wife I need a new part, I always followup with a "and then I'll be done". Now she just laughs at me when I tell her this.
