Bikes don't kill bunnies

Use it or lose it. Depending on the bike mfg, and how long you've had the bike you may be able to go to another authorized dealer and have them have a look at it gratis/covered by whatever limited warranty you might have on the bike. Call the MFG (I'm assuming you bought a complete bike) and explain the situation. They might propose a remedy that won't cost you anything but your time.
Outside of that, if you want to save the drive to the Path (who can certainly get you dialed in) you could go to the Performance Bikes on Redondo Beach Blvd between Yukon and Crenshaw. Some of the mechanics and at least one of the sales people are carry-overs from when the shop was an independent LBS by the name of Circle Cycle. I always got good service and a pretty speedy turn time when I needed their help with anything back in the day. Hope that helps, Chris |
