So my Vanilla 130 started making this weird "Click" sound about 1'' of the way through its travel on my last ride- both compression and rebound stroke- I've heard of this happening to 1 other vanilla before, but his fork, and mine, both still function perfectly normal. Any Ideas? (fork probably only has 200 miles or so on it)

Try taking the top cap off the left leg and rotating the spring about a 1/4 turn and see if that takes care of it. Sounds like the spring is rubbing and turning it a tad might just solve your problem
