As spoken of many times, Speccy warranty, 1 year on FS bikes, original owner only.

You can usually get a crash replacement part though if you dont qualify for warranty

Ryan you can have My giant Ac Frame Super Cheap. It'll be kinda small for you, and is more AM than XC, but its an inexpensive frame that could get you running.

According to Specialized's warranty pdf, their frames have a lifetime warranty for the original owner. Well, at least the front triangle does. Seat/Chain stays are only 5 years. All attached components, including shocks other than Specialized branded shocks and forks (which also carry a five year warranty btw) have a one year warranty.

I say take it to a Specialized dealer and see what they have to say.

I am a speccy dealer, Hardtails are Lifetime, FS are 5 year on main triangle, rear suspension is one. But yes, it is supposed to be original owner only. Sometimes people are able to pull some strings, but dont count on it.

Better read their warranty.

I could probably squeeze you a crash replacement.

I usually have one of the others guys put teh squeeze on for me on stuff like this to help others out.

Besides, on a personal note, I like selling Treks more anyways!!!

This is what my LBS told me as well when I purchased my 2005 Enduro in, well, 2005. Perhaps for prior years and/or models their warranty policy has differed? It's best to work directly with the LBS for warranty.

If it is a used frame then there is no warranty.
