Default The RIP9 Revisited...
I am sure that everyone remembers this one....


So I headed down to my home away from home The Path and rode some bikes,,, Every bike I could find, if it was built up and rolled on proper (29") wheels I rode it. I had a hard time finding anything that rode like my RIP so I headed home, empty handed and determined to make a decision and order a new frame as the previous frame was a gift and I had no receipt. As I am sitting on the couch struggling to make up my mind I get a call that Niner has returned the call from The Path and my new ft triangle will be in day after tomorrow.... DONE!!!!!!!!!!!!

So I get this call the other day that my bike is done and oh yeah the ft triangle is Blue as requested... Talk about hooked up...

I went ahead and had them rebuild the DUC and go through the whole bike as it is almost 2 years old and needed a little love. The PRON that follows is the result of one bike shop that could have simply sold me a new frame, but instead backed me up, stepped up to the plate and took customer service to a whole new level...

Yes it glows in the dark as I was riding back from Aliso I hit the tunnel under LA Paz st and the frame lit upSick

Good stuff man, its always nice when the shop steps up to make it happen.

Also, cudos to Niner, in my experience they have always been awesome with customer service.

Nice Bike Jeff.

With all of the bikes you've bought and sold, it is impressive to see the RIP9 still around and relatively unchanged. It's a testament to how much you like the bike and the build.
