Will work for Trails

Also known as 3/8ths in the BMX world, my rule of thumb would be to carry the wrench used to tighten it with you on the trail.If the frame is aluminum with a shouldered nut I would say 20-40ft lbs but have never used a torque wrench for one just kept things nice and snug.

tight enough it doesnt move, just a little bit looser then the big pop and breakage. Snug it up nice and tight, if you hit the drop outs with a file and take the paint off where the nuts hit it helps alot
