Rumor has it that the "Box" will be gaining travel (6") next run. Want one?...get in line and wait.

No Forking Fork options for a 6" 29er.... Hell I was told by my new intense customer service rep that the 5.5 is in a holding pattern until there is a fork to build around... a 5" box for now would be fantastic

Their CS is 2nd to none

I've only had one experience with Niner's customers service and it was perfect. I lost the head badge off my Air9, totally my own fault, and they sent me a new one no charge, no hassle. Not a huge cost, but the fact that they didn't nickel and dime me over shipping and the cost of the head badge made me feel warm and fuzzy.

Sent me a NEW front drl for my SIR FREE

If they would get rid of that EBB and go with sliders I would get another Niner in a heartbeat!

Rode the Evolve and an El Rey (both great bikes)and I just like the feel of the RIP better for my taste. It just seems a bit more plush while accelerating quickly and just all around fitting my riding style. I could always get a Sultan with Push rockers

Got a call from Tani and Niner is sending a ft triangle (Blue if they can find one) and the bike should be going back together as soon as this weekend...

Less than 24 hours after the break and the fix is on the way...

Huge Props to Niner and The Path

Thanks for the update. It seems that the small bike companies seem to respond faster and get replacement frames out much quicker than the big name companies.

Niner used the serial number to ensure correct fitment of the two pieces. I believe that we will see 2 differences in the new and old triangle 1. longer gusset in broken area of seat tube and 2. no break in the middle of said seat tube
