stanchions my friend, stanchions. a fox 32 has 32mm diameter stanchions vs. a fox 36 (van, RC2, etc.) that has 36mm stanchions. It's basically a size designator, but having larger diameter stanchions typically means a stiffer fork chassis.
eidt: man i hope it spelled stan-shuns right in my post, i wrote it five times! |

What bike are you going to put the fork on and what type of riding are you going to do?

I am considering buying a turner rfx 6.4 inchtravel bike and am trying to match that frame. I already have a 32mm fork on a giant 5inch travel bike (trancex1) that i use for x county light freeride,

My husband has an RFX and loves it. He runs the Fox Talas 36 RC2. Great fork!
