Has anyone done this yet, mated a juicy seven lever to a juicy ultimate caliper.
If so was it difficult, or can this even be done at all? thanks for the info.

Trail PIMP.....

be careful. the caliper is designed to be used with a specific volume master cylinder. If your M/C cannot move enough fluid, you wont have adequate brakes....
if your M/C moves too much fluid, you will have zero modulation. On or OFF brakes basically. Run them with what they were designed for.

as long as piston sizes and master cylinder sizes are pretty close, you should be good.
