Default Chain adjuster for horizontal drop outs

Do any of you use a chain adjuster for your hortizontal/track ends? Is it necessary? I'm looking at the following for my frame:

Yes and mostly yes, depending on the method of bolting the rear hub to the frame.

depends on whether or not you see if moving. with robust bolt-on hubs it may very well not be needed. on the other hand, they aint expensive so why not...i personally dont use them on my track end bike
