Default Fox Fork Service/Adjustment

Has anyone ever sent a fork to fox so they could set the travel to less travel? does anyone know a price and a turnaround time or possibly experiences?
I'd like to send my Vanilla 32 RLC in to get it tuned down to 100mm travel, but i didnt see the info on their website, and i was curious if anyone on here knew before i emailed them

Thanks in advance

You don't have to send it back to Fox to have the travel reduced. It is just a matter of adding/removing a spacer from the inside of the fork. At least this is how it is done on the 32mm models.....not sure about the 36mm models.

This can be done at any LBS.

I found out the hard way. Don't let Fox do any work unless they give you a price first. They charged me $40+ for compression cap & 4 bolts on my Fox40.

ok sorry to bust the topic, what fork would someone reccomend for under 80 dollars? Im looking at the Kona Project 2 and seems to be decent. It has to be equal to a 100mm travel fork though

Brandon I have a fork that needs the steer tube cut shorter because of a crack. It's a manitou but it's yours if you want it. It will have to have a new star nut installed. What's the measurement of your head tube??
