Default DT Swiss Warranty Service.

I just picked up a DT Swiss 135mm QR 440 Freeride rear hub on a wheel set. My previous hubs were giving me rear disc brakes rubbing on the rotor due to something in the rear end flexing the QR axle.

A call to DT Swiss Customer service gave me both an aluminium and a stainless steel axle to stiffen up the rear end, with the person recommending that I can run either, but to try the steel through axle first, due to my weight.
Servicing the freewheel ratchets to clean and regrease is a breeze, a 5 minute project, no tools necessary, and with sealed stainless steel bearing cartridges, this bomber rear hub should last me a long, long time.

Kudo's to DT Swiss for outstanding service with just a phone call, the parts are on the way!
