I am using the DT Swiss Tubless Kit which includes a rim strip. Works great, no problems!!!

I've been using those "Rox ultralight" rim strips for years and without any "rim strip related" flats. It's nylon tent material with a sticky back, is super thin, weighs even less than velox or the rubber strips and comes in red to make you faster. Heh heh!! I bought it because it works and it does.

Once the factory rim strip dies, it's all about the black electrical tape. It fits perfectly, has good elasticity, and is hard to puncture. And oh yeah, costs next to nothing.

Electrical tape huh? I never thought of that one. Does it work for tubeless under a Stan's black rubber band with valve stem?

I think you just use the Black band and that's it. No need for other tape
