May sound like a dumb suggestion.....did you make sure that the lockout lever on your fork is completely off? SOmetimes they get moved over a bit and start to lockout but not always. This sometimes causes the clicking noises.

If that isn't it, take it by and let Tim take a look at it.

are there issues with 29er forks?...if it's 6 weeks old maybe it's a warranty issue. seems like rs is better now that Sram bought them. maybe little drops on a 29er fork are too much for the fork, sounds like an xc fork a light duty stay on earth xc fork. i haven't seen a 888 29er

It makes the noise when the fork goes about 65 percent of the way down. I haven't noticed anything with the performance. I'm going to take it in and let Tim look at it. Mtnbikej, Do you know where you guys planning on riding on Sunday?

I think Sunday we are just going to take it easy. I don't have any plans to do a big ride this weekend. Might just do a couple of short rides. At most, maybe Blackstar to Motorway.

Bring your bike in ASAP, just in case it needs a part that has to be ordered so they can have it ready before VQ.
