Powerspline Cranks?
Okay, My brother needs some new cranks that work with Truvativ Powerspline BBs. Preferable something that is not the Isoflow crank.
When he upgraded to larger platforms the hole where the peddle spindle threads into striped out after a few miles on the trail (both sides). I had the same cranks and the same thing happened to me, so I am thinking there is an issue with these cranks and large platform peddles. I upgraded cranks and the BB and have not had the same issue happen with the same pedals. Maybe the material is to soft, and the extra weight causes the threads to strip. Whooo knowss.. all I know is that the cranks and toast and need to be replaced. |
