So I want to mount a Rock Shox Pearl on my 06 Enduro. The Enduro has mounting hardware for a 15 ID shock eye, the Rock Shox is 14 mm ID. I am going to switch out the bearings to reduce the size down to 12mm on everything. Spacers shouldn't be too hard to make.
I need help with the shock axle. Needs to be 12 mm OD x74\75 mm in length. The bolt head needs to be around 20 mm. Anyone got any ideas, I'm toying with making something, may be a steel tube threaded at each end, but I dont have very acurate tools. I'm guessing there maybe a frame that takes something that size out there ![]()

Thanks but I need the actual pin that holds it all together, I put together a diagram of my master plan. I'm going to way too much effort & should just return the Pearl & get another shock, but I really want to make this work

Does this come close, http://www.racebolts.com/store/Titan...5-P137C16.aspx
I don’t know if I got your numbers right, if not try searching racebolts website for what you are looking for.

That looks like it might work, I just found a ROCO R which is what i was originally looking for so i think I'll try that, I believe Zoke Eyes are bigger too.
Did you do some modification to an Enduro? Roco's not going to work either

perhaps you need a M12 shoulder bolt as shown here:
http://www.fullermetric.com/technica...lder_bolts.htm If you're looking for aluminum, I dunno. My intense has a pretty large diameter bolt. I'll have to measure it tonight to see if it's 12mm

Thanks they look like some good options. i order some bolts so we'll see how it works out, i have to reduce the space between the bearings from 4 mm to 2 mm so i hope that doesn't cause an issue, the new bearing are 6mm thick insted of 5
