Default cheap rear light... 3.81 shipped

just wanted to say i got this light and tried it out tonight for the first time. i bought it for my girlfriends bike as it was cheap and looked good. for 3.81 shipped, i couldn't complain much and it worked out great. the mount is the only thing that i think i might need to fiddle with, cause it isn't that strong. but if you want something cheap and something simple this might be it!

it can be seen from a nice wide angle and it is pretty bright from straight behind. so just wanted to share! have fun and be careful at night guys!

i got my item in less then a week and noticed it came straight from hong kong... so i got good fast shipping.

i personally want to make a nice DYI light for my bike... but i may just pick up another just to keep as a back up... lasts about a full day on steady. didn't test blinnk mode yet.

I have purchased several rear lights from this site as well as their led flashlights and camping led lights. Great cheap stuff with fast cheap shipping. You are basically getting the item direct from Hong Kong. Harbor Freight has the same LED flashlight that I bought for twice the price! And we thought Harbor Freight was cheap. They also accept Paypal as payment!

I've had that light for a year. It is WAY bright, but only suited for road riding.

Take the time to pull off the clip from the back of the unit and superglue it on. With enough downforce, the light pulls off and finds a new owner.

The best bet is to clip the light directly to an under-seat bag. The bike mount supplied with it is junk.

yea, it does suck... but with a little ingenuity, i think it will be okay... yes, road only recommended... there i no way this mount will hold going downhill...

I like the Planet bike Superflash, which is the brightest taillight you can buy. The only bad thing is that it costs about $25.

The alternative to Deal Extreme is Kai Domain. Basically the same thing.
