Default Anyone ridden a Superfly?

If you own a Superfly, what are your thoughts on it?

I rode one in AZ around a bike shop but I dont own one. Pretty solid race bike if thats what you are looking for. I just wanted to see what it felt like riding a 22lb bike thats pretty much carbon everything.

I met a guy a few weeks ago on one and he raved about it. I just don't know how well a bike that light will hold up. I look at the dings in some of my bikes and I have to wonder,"would carbon have failed here?",either way I'm very interested in it.

Default Could be my next race bike

I'm thinking of selling my carbon epic to get it since I can get a pro deal on a Superfly. I wonder if I can live without a short travel bike since I would only have a 29er as my mountain bike.

i havn't ridden one, but i have seen someone take a ball peen hammer to one. it took a lot of abuse before it finally broke.

it was a prototype that needed to be disassembled, so i suppose it deserved it? it was kinda sad to watch though

I've demo'd one here at work. Rode up Monrovia canyon to white saddle, up to rincon road, down newcombs pass and out to chantry flats. Loved the bike. Handled well. Rode smoother than my older 9.8. It's a tough bike with a lifetime gurantee on the frame. If I had to fault one thing it would be the slightly long top tube but that was just me.
