Their address on the website is in Laguna Beach. From what I've heard about their customer service, you should be able to pick one up from there with no problems.

You could just drop off your pedals there.

I sent in Justin's set on the 22nd and haven't gotten them back yet, though. Hopefully will hear today what is up!

I go in there every once in a while to talk to Frank. While there I have seen the staff stop what they are going and fix walkins. I have also seen them repeatedly just give out a new set.

They are good people and excellent riders.

I stopped by today and they would have put the rebuild kit on but I was in a hurry. I didn't realize they welcomed walk-ins. Worked out good because I was in Laguna this morning anyway.

Thanks again.

I have had my 2ti's since 2003 and I have had good luck with them. I replaced everything with the rebuild kit today. When I pulled everything apart I realized I could have gotten away with just putting some grease on the spindle and they would have been fine.

What kept breaking on yours?

Thanks
