Default Sticky Juicy 5's

I have a set of Juicy 5's, and almost since new (about 3 years old now) the rear brake handle retracts slowly. I brought it into Switchback cycles and Tim did a complete system bleed and check, but no relief. He says we might need to send it in, but before I did that wanted to see what you guys might think it could be. Any other ideas as to why the brake lever is slow to recover after using the brake. It is almost as if it goes in slow motion, well not that slow, but slow enough to make it slightly annoying. Thanks for the insight.

Kink or obstruction on/in the hose preventing fluid from going back into master cylinder, faulty/missing spring on caliper. Just two things i could pull out my ass.

3 yr old? What do the pistons look like? Do they have any surface rust? a little polish/seal swap/ rebuild could be in order.

DO check to make sure your lines are not kinked and your return spring is there

Cables are free of kinks. How would I find out if there is a spring missing on the caliper? Pistons are free of rust, and this thing happened almost right after I got the bike new. If the system was bled, I suppose that would not have removed the obstruction if there was one. Any good ideas on how to try to remove an obstruction that you cant see? How hard is it to perform a rebuild. Shoot, for all this work I can probably buy a used lever and caliper and not have to deal with all this crapola.

Thanks for the ideas anyways.
