It's been said here already, but every brake is designed differently.

But the cool thing is they've got this InterNets thingy, and you can probably download the proper procedure for every brake you own off the InterNets.

on a two piston setup set properly if you heat them up they should center thereself they might have already been bent

IMO it sounds like an alignment issue. That or you've flat cooked them through overbraking. The rotors naturally flex a bit back and forth but should flex back.

The exception would be if you've gotten them super hot coming down a steep hill and cooled quickly by hitting water, you could change the properties of the metal and they may not spring back.
