My Wellgo's are BACK! Oh wait, these are my overpriced, heavy, hybrid Azonics. They feel awesome now with the new pins. No more "float". Once my foot is on the pedals, no more slop. They are just stuck on. These are with the same New Balance trail runners. So if you have the new style Azonic A-Frames or any other platform pedal with replaceable pins, if it doesn't already have the pins I posted in the pictures above on the old A-Frames, go to your Home Depot and spend a few bucks on 4mmX10mm pins. You won't be sorry.

I can hammer away on the pedals again or come off drops without worry about my foot coming off again. It feels good.

just curious, where did you end up putting the pins? I'm always looking for ways to improve the grip on mine.

I took Home Depot's entire stock. So I only had enough for the 4 corners. Even with the 4 corners and the original pins in the middle, it was WAY grippier.

hmm. i may need to try getting some shorter pins for the middle area. btw, i would definitely wear some shin guards with those pedals, they hurt like hell if you shinburger yourself

They are in the hardware section. They are called set pins. They are in the plastic bins where all the bolts and nuts and washers are.

I'll post pics if I have time.

Beyond Bikes has a bag of 10 replacement pins for $3.21:

I ended up going the Home Depot way to replace the pins on a set of Azonics.

fyi, its a tad bit more cost effective to go through a non-bike shop for these things. mcmaster part #91390A114 is a pack of 100 for $5.76. plus, you can choose which style of tip you would like
