Default Enduro fork seals

Quick question on Enduro fork seals. I've used these 3 times now on 3 2004 Rock Shox forks. A Psylo, Duke, and Judy. All 3 spewed oil with the factory seals after 2 years. I replaced the seals with Enduro fork seals. Within a month or two, all three started leaking oil again. Any ideas? Is the design that crappy on this era of RS forks? I have a 06 RS Pike that is awesome and still doesn't leak any oil. It seems like these newer seals are way better. Any ideas why the Enduros didn't fix the oil leaks?

I'm also starting to question enduro fork seals, I put some in my dirt jumper and they only lasted a few weeks before they started leaking. I replaced them with another set and they haven't started leaking yet and its been a few months. I also dont run the fork at such high psi because I think that contributed to the short life.

the years, and I never had any problem, they even stoped leaking form fork with small scratches on the stanchions.

You probably did something wrong.

Neccros, I think yours are surviving static testing, whereas his are likely failing under dynamic situations.

So back to the seals...
How often do you drop the fork lowers for maintenance?
How often do you pry up the seals to clean the inside of the seals and oil the foams?
Do you use a zip-tie to measure sag and fork travel? (tie-wraps can damage seals)

If you don't maintain the fork, problems are eminent.

EDIT: I just reread your original post and I realized you said within a month or so of replacement with the Enduros you're having problems. Although I can't imagine how you could improperly install a seal (unless you're not cleaning and oiling the foams), I don't know why you're having a problem...unless you have too much oil in the fork. Several years ago, I loaned a fork to a friend who before he returned it to me had it serviced by the "lead" tech at Supergo (who's now at Surf City), and not only did he get the left and right sides reversed, he ultimately put way too much oil in the lowers of the fork. This caused oil to come out of the upper seals. After servicing it with the proper amount of oil, the oil leaks went away. By chance, did you have the fork serviced at Surf City Cycles?

I don't use zip ties to measure sag.

I don't see how I could have done anything wrong as well, considering I've rebuilt about a dozen forks now. I've just had experience with Enduros on those 3 RS forks, all from 2004. No way I got the oil levels wrong because it was straight from the service manuals, and one of the forks was a coil fork, so oil only goes in one of the legs.

Someone on MTBR thinks that I should have replaced the bushings as well, which I can see putting unnecessary side loading on the Enduros if there was the slop in the bushings.
