Default Need your wise advice on some new shoes for my new project

I am working on a single secret project not looking to put a lot of cash into it. What do you guys think of this deal and the rims themselves? Also if anybody has a wheel set they are looking to unload let me know. I may be interested I pay with American greenbacks, not pesos or rubles
